A William 1V silver teapot
circular, of plain form with hinged step domed lid, silver removable finial and fluted spout and handle. The loop handle with ivory insulators and raised on a decorative base with four shell pedestal feet. There is a full set of hallmarks on the base. The handle displays the duty mark and lion passant, and the lid shows the maker, lion passant and date letter. An elegant teapot.
